Nathanial Martinez was crossing the highway about 9:10 p.m. when he was struck in a northbound lane near Willow Lane, according to Marlboro Township police. Andrew Malouf, 73, of the Kendall Park section of town, is believed to have suffered a medical problem causing him to veer off Henderson Road, police said.
