𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘: A 63-year-old hiker from Wayne who'd gone missing in Ringwood State Park was found a few miles away the next day across the state line in Rockland County, authorities said. Police say they can thank Ring and Facebook. Police in one New Jersey town are seeking help identifying the man caught on Ring footage ripping down an Israeli flag from the porch of a local home. The man can be seen running up to the home near N. 7 and N. 8 avenues in Highland Park around 7:45 p.m. Monday, Nov. 13, police said. The man was playing loud music while driving a grey or dark colored sedan. A 28-year-old man from Brick Township has died from self-inflicted gunshot wounds after firing a weapon at police, authorities said. Corey Johnson, of Brick Township, who allegedly fired a weapon at a Brick Township Police Officer on Monday, Aug. 14, succumbed to his self-inflicted injuries at approximately 10:15 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 16, according to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. A brand-new video shows two pigs fighting a black bear that crawled into their pen in Connecticut. WTNH, the ABC-TV affiliate in New Haven, published the video on Friday, March 18, which was sent from the owner of the pigs in the Litchfield County town of New Milford. The Ring camera footage shows the pigs fighting and chasing away a black bear after the bear crawled into their pen. Body Of NJ Man Missing For Months Found By Hunters, Police Say
The body of a well-known 23-year-old man missing for months was found by hunters in a wooded area in Sussex County, authorities confirmed Tuesday. North Warren High School graduate Daniel Cannone — who went missing last October — was found dead in Frankford early Sunday, Blairstown Police said. He was found near in a “not often traversed” wooded area near the Frankford Municipal Building, according to the NJHerald, which cites assistant Sussex County Prosecutor Gregory Mueller.
