Kwalsky Narcisse, 24, of Neptune City is charged with two counts of first-degree attempted murder, one count of first-degree conspiracy to commit murder, hindering apprehension, theft and weapons offenses, according to Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Santiago.

An Asbury Park man has been arrested and charged with luring and kidnapping an 11-year-old girl off the street, authorities said.
Raquan M. Folk, 29, is charged with first-degree kidnapping, second-degree luring a child, and third-degree child endangerment via sexual conduct, according to Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Santiago.
At approximately 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 30, the victim was walking on Ridge Avenue in Asbury Park when a man later identified as Folk pulled up to her in a white Kia and convinced her to get inside, Santiago said.

Two men from Monmouth County have been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting two weeks ago, authorities said.
Eddy Vilus, 30, and Quamere M. Smith, 31, both of Asbury Park, were charged with the shooting death of God Allah, 21, also of Asbury Park, according to Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Santiago.
Both Vilus and Smith were charged with murder, conspiracy to commit murder, theft, hindering apprehension and weapons offenses, the prosecutor said.

Two Men Sentenced In Asbury Park Daytime Shooting
Two men have been sentenced to a total of over 60 years in New Jersey state prison in connection with the 2019 midday shooting of two men inside their vehicle, authorities said.
Gary Brooks Jr., 30, and Jonathan Marvine, 28, both of Neptune Township, were sentenced on Monday, June 20, according to Acting Monmouth County Prosecutor Lori Linskey.
Both defendants were previously convicted after an October 2021 jury trial.
