Motorcyclist Wasn't Wearing Helmet In Overnight Whiting Crash, Police Say A Lacey Township man was accused of driving a motorcycle while drunk in an overnight crash in Whiting, authorities said. Charles Hicks, 54, was charged with suspicion of driving while intoxicated, the Manchester Township Police Department said in a news release. The crash happened near the intersection of Wranglebrook Road and Canton Drive on Thursday, Aug. 29. On Monday, Jan. 1, at approximately 2:10 pm, members of the Manchester Township Police responded to the area of Route 571 and Beacon Street for a two-vehicle crash.
