18-Year-Old Driver Charged In Fatal High-Speed New Brunswick Crash: Prosecutor An 18-year-old man from North Brunswick has been charged in connection with a fatal high-speed crash, authorities said. Noah Reyes has been charged with vehicular homicide in a head-on crash that killed Dennis Frick, 65, of Freehold, according to Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone. The crash occurred on March 6in the City of New Brunswick.
