: Man Kills GF Then Himself In NJ Residence, Police Say
Police are investigating the murder-suicide of a Camden County couple, they said. Alexander Morales, 44, is believed to have shot his 39-year-old girlfriend Katherine Andujar in the chest before turning the gun on himself in Lindenwold, according to Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay alongside Lindenwold Police Chief Michael McCarthy, Jr. Police performing a welfare check on the 400 block of East Gibbsboro Road found Andujar having suffered a gunshot wound to her chest and Morales, a gunshot wound to his head, McCarthy and MacAulay said. Man Shot, Killed In Central Jersey: Prosecutor
A 25-year-old man from Piscataway was fatally shot, authorities said. Isaiah Benbow was killed in Piscataway on Tuesday, Dec. 19, according to Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and Deputy Chief Michelle Pilch of the Piscataway Police Department. At approximately 11:30 p.m. Tuesday, police responded to Rock Avenue and West 4th Street for a shooting. Multiple Police Agencies Respond To Large Fight In Toms River
Multiple police units were dispatched to the Days Hotel on Route 37 in Toms River for a large fight in a parking lot, authorities said. While responding on Sunday, Dec. 17 at 12:45 a.m., officers received further information regarding possible gunshots. Further investigation revealed evidence that shots were fired but no victims were struck. A 71-year-old man died in a fire that broke out at a family friend's house in Edison, authorities said.
