An Ocean County man must spend 40 years in federal prison for recording and then sharing images of himself sexually abusing infants. Sebastien Attar, 36, of Brick, must serve out just about all of the plea-bargained sentence because there’s no parole in the federal prison system. A Monmouth County ex-con admitted in federal court that he tossed a loaded machine gun while being chased by police. Davon Harley, 30, of Neptune City, was arguing with a group in the yard of a local apartment complex this past February when city police arrived, U.S. Attorney Craig Carpenito said. Harley ran when he saw them, he said. Clifton Man Gets 5 Years In Fed Pen For Multi-Million-Dollar Email Scheme
UPDATE: A Clifton man must spend the next five years in federal prison for a massive emailing scheme that conned businesses and individuals out of more than $1 million. In addition to the prison term, a federal judge in Trenton sentenced Lawrence Espaillat, 42, to three years of supervised release and ordered him to pay restitution of $1.7 million and forfeit $12,000. Home Health Care Agency Owner Sentenced To Prison, Ordered To Repay $504K In Employment Taxes
A Manahawkin business owner was sentenced to 12 months and one day in federal prison for willfully failing to pay over employment taxes, according to authorities. Richard Dale pleaded guilty to the charge in January 2019, authorities said on Thursday. Dale operated Advanced Pro Home Care Inc., a health care agency located in Brick, according to Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General Richard E.
