Home Health Care Agency Owner Sentenced To Prison, Ordered To Repay $504K In Employment Taxes A Manahawkin business owner was sentenced to 12 months and one day in federal prison for willfully failing to pay over employment taxes, according to authorities. Richard Dale pleaded guilty to the charge in January 2019, authorities said on Thursday.  Dale operated Advanced Pro Home Care Inc., a health care agency located in Brick, according to Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General Richard E.
