A 40-year-old suspended driver in a stolen car led police on a high-speed pursuit through Toms River before crashing into another vehicle stopped at a light, police said. A propane tank is to blame for the home explosion that killed a 45-year-old Jersey Shore man on Tuesday, Oct. 31, authorities said.
