A 29-year-old New Jersey dad has been charged with murder in connection with the death of his 6-year-old son, authorities announced. Christopher Gregor's son, Corey Micciolo, died on April 2, 2021, at Southern Ocean Medical Center. The boy's mom, Breanna Micciolo, said she had been pleading with child protective services for years, for help getting her son away from his abuser — his dad. Brick Police Seize Crack From Bicyclist, Arrest Fugitives On Warrants
Brick police made a number of drug arrests, including one involving a bicyclist. On March 2 at approximately 10:15 p.m. Ptl. Morgan Murphy observed an erratic driver on Brick Boulevard. Murphy initiated a motor vehicle stop for failure to maintain lane and use of a cell phone while driving. Brick Street Crimes Unit (SCU) Detectives arrived to assist with the stop. Brick Pollice Department's Street Crimes Unit arrested five suspects on multiple drug charges. On Feb. 14, at approximately 10 p.m., detectives observed a suspicious male identified as Nisar Ahmad, 64, of Cliffside Park near Sweet Green Food Market and the Wine Shoppe on Hooper Avenue. Man Sentenced To State Prison For Striking, Killing Pedestrian On Jersey Shore: Prosecutor
A 41-year-old man from Ocean County has been sentenced to eight years in New Jersey state prison in connection with a DWI crash in which a pedestrian was killed, authorities said. Heroin, Painkillers Seized In Jersey Shore Busts
Brick police made several arrests involving drug possession and sales, authorities said. On Friday, Feb. 11, Brick Street Crimes Unit (SCU) detectives observed suspicious activity in the area of 35 Beaverson Boulevard. Two motor vehicle stops were conducted relating to the activity observed. The first vehicle was occupied by Vincent Infante, 30, of Seaside Heights. Infante was charged with possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia and wandering in a public place to obtain a controlled dangerous substance, police said. Manchester police have captured a man who fled the scene of a three-car crash, authorities said. The crash, which resulted in injuries, occurred on Saturday night, Feb. 12.
