Man Yelled Racial Slurs In Person's Backyard On July 4, Montgomery Police Say
Police in Montgomery are looking for a man who yelled a racial slur at a couple while on their property on the evening of Thursday, July 4.
That evening, the couple observed an elderly man in their backyard, Montgomery police said in a release. When the couple confronted the man, he started harassing them and yelled a racial slur, police said.
The man left the property but was observed later walking through the neighborhood. The man was last seen wearing jeans, a pink polo shirt, glasses, and a camo style ball cap and he spoke with an accent, police said.

School Bus Driver Ticketed After Crash With Subaru In Somerset County: Police
Students were fortunately unharmed and a school bus driver was hit with tickets after colliding with another vehicle Wednesday, May 10, authorities said.
The crash occurred at Route 518 and Vreeland Drive in Montgomery Township around 4:15 p.m., according to police.
The bus driver, David Rios, 41, of Plainfield, was reportedly heading eastbound on Route 518 and attempting to make a left turn onto Vreeland Drive.
Rios then turned in front of and collided with a westbound Subaru Forrester driven by Michael Lesniewski, 47, of Pennington, police said.

Prosecutor: Juvenile Beaten With Gun, Lured In NJ Drug Deal Gone Bad
Two more arrests have been made in connection with a Somerset County drug deal gone bad last January, authorities said Thursday.
Kayla S. Burnett, 20, of Ewing, and Samuel P. Dyal, 18, of Princeton, were arrested on May 26 and May 27, respectively, Somerset County Prosecutor Michael H. Robertson said.
George C. Battle, 4th was taken into custody on April 28, 2021 and charged with armed robbery, unlawful possession of a handgun, conspiracy to commit armed robbery and luring, all in connection with the Montgomery Township incident, Robertson said.

Bucks County Hunter Surrenders Months After Shooting That Killed 18-Year-Old Jason Kutt
Authorities on Wednesday announced the arrest of a 52-year-old man in the deadly October shooting of 18-year-old Jason Albert Kutt in Nockamixon State Park.
Kenneth Troy Heller, 52, of Warminster, surrendered to authorities on Dec. 30, Bucks County District Attorney Matt Weintraub said.
"Clearly this isn’t a perfect ending,” he said. “Perfect would mean we have Jason back. But that’s just not how real life works, that’s not how criminal justice works, so this isn’t even really a happy ending, but it is a fair and a just and a final ending.”
