Man Identified In Deadly Pedestrian Crash On Jersey Shore Road Authorities have identified the pedestrian who was killed by a minivan in Ocean Township earlier this week. Yefim Rotsenmar, 68, of Ocean Township died in the crash on West Park Avenue on Tuesday, Jan. 30, a spokesperson for the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office said. Ocean Township police responded to the crash at around 5:49 p.m. The avenue was closed for several hours between Poplar Road and Cindy Lane.
