A Jersey Shore man was charged with 25 counts of aggravated arson in connection with fires set in wooded areas of Little Egg Harbor, Manchester and Lakewood, authorities said.
Gregory Fullman, Jr., 32, of Manchester Township, was arrested on Monday for fires set between May 2021 and this month, according to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer.

Jersey Shore Man Admits Making School Threats, Setting Backpack On Fire: Prosecutor
A 40-year-old man from the Jersey Shore has admitted to making school threats, and in a separate incident, setting a backpack on fire, authorities said.
Shaun Giberson of Point Pleasant Beach pleaded guilty on Friday to making terroristic threats and arson, according to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer.
At the time of his sentencing on Feb. 25, the state is recommending a state prison term of five years on each offense, to be served concurrently, Billhimer said.

Jersey Shore Men Admit Running Drug Production Facility, Prosecutor Says
Two men from Ocean County have admitted to running a drug production facility, authorities said.
Jose Quintero-DeJesus, 37, of Brick Township, and Victor Mendoza-Gutierrez, 26, of Manchester, pleaded guilty on Tuesday to maintaining a controlled dangerous substance production facility, according to the Ocean County prosecutor.
When they are sentenced on Dec. 17, the State will be seeking a term of eight years New Jersey State Prison for each defendant, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billmyer said.

Motorcyclist, 73, Killed In Route 70 Jersey Shore Crash
A 73-year-old motorcyclist struck a sign, was ejected from his bike and killed in a crash along Route 70 in Ocean County, authorities said.
Lawrence Foca, 73, of Manchester was traveling east at 9:10 p.m. Thursday when he went off the right shoulder, struck a sign and was ejected from his bike, Manchester police said.
The motorcycle kept going, overturning several times before slamming into a tree near Pleasant Valley Road, police said.
Foca was brought to an area hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.

Brick Son Faces Life-In-Prison In Father's 'Murder-For-Hire', Ocean County Prosecutor Says
A 30-year-old man from Ocean County has been indicted in connection with his father's alleged murder-for-hire, authorities said.
Mark J. Austin, 30, of Brick Township, was charged Thursday with murder and weapons offenses, according to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer.
The son faces life in prison without parole if found guilty of murder-for-hire, the prosecutor said.
