UPDATE: Eleven soldiers at Fort Bliss in Texas were recovering in an Army hospital after drinking what turned out to be antifreeze, officials said Friday. The troops were poisoned by the engine coolant ethylene glycol, which was in what they thought was an alcoholic beverage, Lt. Col.
