Woman Awoke To Early-Morning Home Invaders Standing Over Bed In Toms River: Police Three masked home invaders broke into Toms River residences through unlocked first-floor windows, in one instance startling a homeowner awake while standing over her bed, authorities said. On Tuesday, Oct. 18, Toms River police were dispatched to Hickory Street in reference to a residential burglary.
