Sergio Seixeiro of Monroe previously pleaded guilty to aggravated manslaughter, aggravated assault and assault by auto. Seixeiro also pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated. Jack Piatek was sentenced to eight years in New Jersey State Prison by Superior Court Judge Pedro J. Jimenez on Thursday, Feb. 24, Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone said. Harvey Berse of Old Bridge was killed at about 1:25 a.m. Friday at the corner of Route 9 and Ferry Road in Old Bridge, according to  Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and Acting Old Bridge Police Chief Joseph Mandola.
