Toms River Man, 56, Found Guilty Of Selling Heroin, Cocaine: Prosecutor A 56-year-old man from Toms River has been found guilty of dealing heroin and cocaine, authorities said. John Williams was found guilty Monday, March 21 following a jury trial of possession of heroin and cocaine with the intent to distribute both drugs, according to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D.
