Bruce Springsteen stopped by a nearly 100-year-old bar and grill in Long Branch over the weekend. Max's Bar and Grill said the rocker came by on Sunday, Aug. 11 for five dozen hot dogs to go (somebody cue Chappell Roan). North Jersey residents don't have to go far for the best hot dog in the U.S. The ever-popular Ripper from the River Road eatery eatery was named the cream of the crop by food website the Daily Meal. "This iconic wiener starts as a normal hot dog that is then deep-fried, causing the crispy casing to split," the website said.
