New details have been released in an Ocean County crash that left two cars severely mangled and both drivers seriously injured on Thursday, Jan. 8. Troy Sullivan, 62, of Absecon, was heading south on County Route 539 when he crossed the centerline and struck a 54-year-old Hamilton driver head-on around 5:25 p.m. near milepost 26, Manchester police said in a news release. A car flipped and one of its occupants was seriously hurt in a crash on the Jersey Shore, authorities said. The single-car crash occurred at about 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 26 at Bowne and Whipporwill Valley roads in Middletown.
