A Toms River woman was accused of using her cellphone while driving in a crash that killed a boy in her minivan and a Jackson Township woman, authorities said. A Wall Township man had been arrested for attacking his ex-girlfriend three months before killing her with a machete in front of one of her children, according to arrest records. A Mays Landing woman was accused of speeding while intoxicated in a crash that killed a college student from Burlington County, authorities said.
