The winner was sold at Quick Stop inside the 7-Eleven on West Bay Avenue in Barnegat, the New Jersey Lottery said in a news release. The ticket was in the Powerball drawing on Saturday, Nov. 9. The winning numbers were 11, 24, 50, 56, 66. The Powerball was 16.
