Three people from Atlantic County were accused of having a stolen vehicle, authorities said.
Devon Blackwell, 19, of Absecon; Elijah Rollins, 18, of Egg Harbor Township; and Naimah Santiago, 21, of Galloway were arrested on Monday, July 15, the Egg Harbor Township Police Department said in a news release.

Russell Daniel, 27, of Atlantic City, and a 15-year-old were arrested at around 10:05 p.m. on Tuesday, June 25, the Egg Harbor Township Police Department said in a news release on Monday, July 1. An officer stopped them for a motor vehicle violation on Black Horse Pike about a mile west of the interchange with the Garden State Parkway.

Holly Peace, 43, of Egg Harbor Township, and Gabrielle DePasquale, 44, of Atlantic City, were charged with endangering the welfare of a child, the Egg Harbor Township Police Department said in a news release on Friday, June 7. Peace was also charged with neglect of a child and possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

Three young children were locked in a hot car while their caretakers shopped at a New Jersey Walmart, authorities said.
Cyndie Jourdain and a 17-year-old female, both of Galloway Township, had been inside the Egg Harbor Township store for approximately 45 minutes by the time police rescued the three crying children on Wednesday, June 8, local police said.

A homeless man was found slain in a cemetery in Egg Harbor Township, authorities said.
A passerby found the body of Fausto Garcia, 38, about 3 p.m. on Thursday at Mount Calvary Cemetery, Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon G. Tyner said.
An autopsy found the cause of death was blunt force cuts to the head and a deep incised wound to the neck, Tyner said.
“With so much going on in our world today, some tend to forget that there are bad people out there doing bad things. Although this victim was homeless, he deserved better," Tyner said.
