Man Tied To Instagram-Related Kidnapping Busted With 1,100 Heroin Folds: Ridgefield Park PD
A Newark man charged last year with helping an Instagram influencer kidnap and terrorize a detractor was busted with 1,100 heroin folds in Ridgefield Park, authorities said.
Alaziz Dalmida, 23, and village resident Osman Hoti, 41, were sitting in a car in Fellowship Park when village officers approached them, Police Chief Joseph Rella said.
Dalmida (above left) tried hiding something with his feet below the front passenger seat, so they ordered him out of the vehicle, the chief said.

A 47-year-old man from Ocean County has pleaded guilty to selling cocaine, authorities said.
Andrew Contaldi of Brick Township entered his guilty plea on Thursday, June 23, according to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer.

Philly Ride-Share Driver Busted In Bergen County, 4,650 Heroin Folds Seized
A rideshare driver from Philadelphia was nabbed with 4,650 heroin folds during a Bergen County traffic stop, authorities said.
Marvin Taveras-Taveras, 30, was arrested in Ridgefield Park by Narcotic Task Force detectives who suspected he was transporting bulk amounts of drugs through the area, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said.
Taveras-Taveras had 93 bricks of heroin in the vehicle, Musella said.
The Dominican national was charged with having heroin for sale and sent to the Bergen County Jail following his arrest last Thursday, June 16, the prosecutor said Monday.

A Paterson woman who was caught carrying nearly 5,000 oxycodone pills during a traffic stop led Passaic County sheriff's detectives to 13,200 more pills, 10 pounds of meth, $49,480 in drug cash and more, authorities said.
The seized drugs, which included three pounds of pot and nearly three-quarters of coke, would fetch $500,000 if sold on the street, Passaic County Sheriff Richard Berdnik said.
