Trio Pleads Guilty To Killing Teen During South Jersey Drug Deal, Prosecutors Say
Three men admitted to shooting a teen to death during a drug deal in Burlington Township more than three years ago, authorities said. Jayviyohn Earley of Willingboro, Tarik Jenkins of Pemberton Township, and Kayhree Simmons of Willingboro pleaded guilty on Tuesday, Oct. 29 to aggravated manslaughter, Burlington County Prosecutor LaChia Bradshaw said in a news release. Atlantic City Man Found With Heroin, Cocaine, Xanax After Drug Deal: Police
Two people from Atlantic City were accused of taking part in a drug deal, including a man who was found with heroin, cocaine, and Xanax, authorities said. Atlantic City police arrested 46-year-old Calvin Cross of Atlantic City and 41-year-old Angelina Cannon on Thursday, May 23, the department said in a news release. A New Jersey man was indicted on charges that he caused the drug overdose death of a 37-year-old woman. Lashawn D. Boyd, 25, of New Brunswick, had been accused of selling the woman cocaine, fentanyl, 4-ANPP and tramadol in the days leading up to her death in January 2020 Somerset County Prosecutor Michael H. Mullen, Jr., 51, of Seaside Heights was sentenced on an aggravated manslaughter charge on Monday by Superior Court Judge Guy P. Ryan. A New Brunswick man is accused of providing a woman with the cocktail of drugs including fentanyl and cocaine that killed her last January, authorities said Wednesday. Lashawn D. Boyd, 24, met up with the 37-year-old Bedminster woman for a drug deal on Jan. 19, Somerset County Prosecutor Michael H.
