Central Jersey Man Convicted Of Sexually, Physically Abusing Girl For 6+ Years: Prosecutors A Marlboro Township man was convicted of sexually and physically abusing a girl for more than six years, authorities said. A jury found 51-year-old Andrey Penkin guilty of second-degree Aggravated Sexual Assault, as well as two counts each of first-degree aggravated sexual assault and second-degree endangering the welfare of a child. Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond Santiago announced the conviction in a news release on Wednesday, Sept. 18. Atlantic City Woman Beaten After Asking Girl To Stop Splashing Water At Philadelphia Museum Philadelphia police are investigating an attack on an Atlantic City woman at an area museum that left her badly bruised and her young nephew in shock. Danielle Vincent of Atlantic City had taken her nephew to the Franklin Institute on May 1, and at some point asked a young girl at a children's exhibit to stop splashing water, NJ.com reports. That's when a man and two women -- one of whom was apparently the girl's mother -- began punching and pummeling Vincent, she told the media outlet.
