Seen HIM? Armed Colts Neck Bank Robbery Suspect Carried Clipboard Monmouth County authorities and the FBI are seeking the public's help in identifying a bank robbery suspect. The suspect entered the Manasquan Bank at 330 NJ-34 in Colts Neck and announced the robbery after brandishing a handgun and carrying a clipboard about 3:30 p.m. on Monday, authorities said.  The suspect is about 30 years old and six-feet tall. He was wearing an eye shield, black jacket, red mask and Army cap.
