The National Weather Service has shifted its tornado watch across New Jersey and Pennsylvania as Hurricane Debby creeps in. In New Jersey, the tornado watch is in effect through 10 p.m. Friday, Aug. 9 and covers Bergen, Essex, Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Morris, Passaic, Somerset, Sussex, Union and Warren counties in North Jersey. In Pennsylvania, the tornado watch is issued in Lehigh, Northampton, Carbon, Monroe, and Bucks counties. The final push that led to the 34-year-old convicted killer's capture began just after midnight, Wednesday, Sept. 13, when he set off an alarm at a home near the eastern edge of the police perimeter in northern Chester County, authorities said (scroll for video).
