The Middlesex County Prosector is investigating the alleged arrest of teenager in Perth Amboy for riding "an unregistered bicycle," authorities said. His bike and several others were seized by police. Doobie, doobie, done: New Jersey lawmakers were in a Garden State of mind when they approved an historic bill Thursday that sets rules and regulations for recreational pot sales.
