Pedestrian Struck By Car In Pine Beach

Police and emergency crews were responding to Pine Beach late Wednesday afternoon on a report that a pedestrian was struck by a car.

The incident occurred about 4:30 p.m. near Pennsylvania Avenue and Motor Road, according to unconfirmed reports.

The accident victim reportedly was sitting along the side of the roadway after being struck by the vehicle.

It was unknown whether the pedestrian suffered injuries and whether the car's driver remained on scene.
