Bridge deck repairs are planned for Mondays through Thursdays for several weeks, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation.
NJDOT’s contractor, PKF Mark III, Inc., is scheduled to close one lane on the Route 37 westbound Tunney Bridge for repairs.
In addition, from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. each day Monday through Thursday, a second lane will be closed. At least one lane will be maintained at all times.
Route 37 eastbound Mathis Bridge traffic will not be affected. The work is expected to be completed by the end of October.
