Warren County Man Uploaded Child Porn: Prosecutor A 20-year-old Belvidere man was arrested and charged on Tuesday, July 23, with possessing child pornography, authorities said. Police began investigating Kyle Fasulka after receiving a tip that he uploaded images of children being sexually exploited and abused on Snapchat, the Warren County Prosecutor's Office said. Lehigh Coroner Seeks Next Of Kin For New Jersey Woman Officials are looking for the loved ones of a New Jersey woman who died on Friday, July 12.  Shirley J. Smith, 77, of Belvidere, broke her right femur in a fall and died from complications at St. Luke's University Hospital in Bethlehem, said the Lehigh County Coroner's Office.
