Three men were accused of an armed home invasion at a scene described by police as "chaotic," authorities said. Officers arrested two Atlantic City men, 36-year-old Andrew James and 35-year-old Rashad Lampkin, along with 34-year-old Andrey Green of Galloway Township, the Atlantic City Police Department said in a news release on Wednesday, Dec. 18. A Vineland woman is facing homicide charges after fatally striking a 21-year-old woman who authorities say she knew before leaving the scene last month in Millville. Caroline Bump was standing on Glenside Road when she was allegedly hit by a speeding, silver 2003 Infiniti, driven by 22-year-old Breanna Rowley on the night of Oct. 22, 21-year-old, Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae said. Rutgers Student Recorded Women In Showers, Prosecutors Say
A Rutgers University student from Philadelphia was accused of recording students while they showered, authorities said. Michael Williams, 18, was charged with three counts of third-degree invasion of privacy and one count of fourth-degree tampering with evidence, Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone said in a news release on Wednesday, Oct. 30.
