A Florida man was accused of pulling a knife on a customer at an upscale Rumson restaurant during an argument over spilled wine, authorities said. David Gulley, 75, of Palm Beach Shores, was arrested on Thursday, Aug. 22, the Rumson Police Department said in a news release. The fight happened at Red Horse by David Burke, a restaurant on the corner of Ridge Road and Avenue of Two Rivers. An Edison man was accused of stabbing another man he knew during a fight, authorities said. Dante Wright, 24, was given several charges including attempted murder, South Brunswick police Chief Raymond Hayducka said in a news release on Sunday, Aug. 4. Officers responded to a report of a fight on James Avenue at around 1:19 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 3. The man accused of murdering a 21-year-old Hackettstown woman is now facing additional charges for fatally shooting her dog, authorities said. Anthony Garvin, a 34-year-old Netcong resident was arrested and charged with killing Amanda Pulver at a home on Alphano Road in Independence Township on Thursday, June 27.
