See New Walkway That's Making This NJ Town More Pedestrian Friendly Montgomery is about to get a little more pedestrian friendly. The township will be holding a ribbon cutting ceremony for its new pedestrian pathway on Skillman Road on Wednesday, Oct. 16.  The half-mile pedestrian pathway connects Otto Kaufman Community Center, Montgomery High School and other neighboring areas. K9 Sniffs Out Suspect Hiding On Playground After BMW Pursuit-Crash On Parkway In Paramus: Cops Two men have been arrested while one remains at large after fleeing from a stolen BMW that they crashed during a pursuit in Paramus , authorities said. Paramus Office Slavko Bajovic spotted a white BMW X4 driving carelessly along Route 17 north near Midland Avenue around 8:25 p.m. Tuesday, July 2, Paramus Police Chief Robert Guidetti said.
