Fiery Crash Involving Fallen Wires Outside SoJo Spa Knocks Power In Edgewater Hundreds of Edgewater residents were left without power on Sunday morning, Jan. 19, following a fiery crash. The crash happened just before 8:30 a.m. outside SoJo Spa at 725 River Road, and left wires across the roadway, the fire department said. Richard Madonna, who was shopping at Trader Joe's on River Road at the time, said the lights went out suddenly. Stepping outside, he spotted a car engulfed in flames across the street.  According to the PSE&G outage map, approximately 380 residents in Edgewater were affected by the power outage.
