Ricky Rivera, 20-year-old Paterson resident was shot by Sgt. Vincent Avoletta after hitting a police officer with a car on the early morning of Tuesday, August 1, authorities said. 2 Dead In 3-Car Newark Bridge Crash That Left Vehicles Mangled Police have identified the two people killed in a three-vehicle crash on a Newark bridge over the weekend. Anaji Ryan, of Carteret, was driving a Ford Focus which collided with a Dodge Durango and Subaru Outback on the Raymond Boulevard Bridge in the city’s Ironbound section around 4 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 12, Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N.
