A 17-year-old boy has been charged in connection with the death of his mother, authorities in Atlantic County announced Sunday, Nov. 22. Julissa Serrano, 49, was found with multiple stab wounds just after 6 p.m, Saturday, Nov. 22, after Hamilton Township police were called to the Meadowbrook Condos in Mays Landing, the county prosecutor's office said.
