A Pennsylvania woman is accused of stealing over $300,000 from the Cambria County Bar Association to fund luxury expenses including cosmetic procedures, vacations, and donations to her family’s nonprofit, Attorney General Dave Sunday announced Wednesday, May 7.
Robin Hagins, 56, of Johnstown, the former executive director of the CCBA, was charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking, Misappropriation of Funds Received, and Forgery following an investigation by the 51st Statewide Investigating Grand Jury. Her bail was set at $150,000 unsecured.

90 Burglaries, 230 Charges: Serial NJ Burglar Busted, Police Say
A Berkeley Township man has been arrested and hit with more than 200 charges after committing more than 90 burglaries in Monmouth and Ocean counties, authorities said.
Between December 2024 and January 2025, officers investigated 40 burglaries committed at the CubeSmart storage facility off Route 70, Brick Township police said. The suspect, later identified as Craig Orler, cut through a fence and used bolt cutters to access the storage unit, police said.
Items stolen included an ATV, a motorcycle, car parts, a car engine and various personal items, police said.

A 30-year-old West Creek man was arrested and charged on Saturday, April 19, after he was caught stealing from a McDonald's donation bin in Englishtown, police said.
That morning, officers responded to the McDonald's at 78 Route 9 after a man, later identified as Evan Pinney, was trying to steal money from the donation bin, Marlboro police said.

An East Windsor man was arrested and charged with stealing $30,000 worth of jewelry from a home in Monroe after taking a lie detector test, authorities announced on Wednesday, April 16.
On Friday, Feb. 21, a Monroe resident reported several pieces of high value jewelry, valued at $30,000, had gone missing from a bedroom while renovations were being performed on the house, Monroe police said.
