Attorney General Matthew Platkin has filed a lawsuit against Virtua Health, according to a news release on Thursday, Sept. 26. The company with corporate headquarters in Marlton operates hospitals in Voorhees, Mount Holly, and Camden. The lawsuit claimed Virtua has had a policy since 2018 of universal drug testing for all pregnant patients admitted to its hospitals' labor and delivery units. Man Fired Shot During Domestic Dispute In South Jersey Apartment Building, Police Say A Willingboro man was accused of firing a shot during a domestic dispute in Marlton, authorities said. Dion Williams, 23, was arrested on Tuesday, Aug. 27, the Evesham Township Police Department said in a news release. Officers were called to a domestic violence report in a building at the Olympus Apartment Homes at around 1:30 p.m.  Investigators said police found one round had been fired from a gun. The furniture retailer announced they will be opening a 4,321 square feet showroom at Greenbrook Commons in Watchung, at the site of a former Chase Bank. Greenbrook Commons is also home to Aldi, BJ's Wholesale Club, Buffalo Wild Wings and The Vitamin Shoppe. Ethan Allen has six other locations in the Garden State including in Whippany, Somerville, Paramus, Marlton, Englishtown and Princeton.
