13 Hurt In Crash Involving Bus Carrying Military Personnel On NJ Turnpike: Report
Thirteen people were hurt in a crash on the NJ Turnpike involving a bus carrying military personnel, 6abc reports. The passenger bus had broke down was heading north and was in the right lane and right shoulder when it was struck by a tractor trailer just before 1 p.m. at milepost 25.6 in Runnemede, New Jersey State Police Sgt. Jeffrey Lebron said. "There were multiple non-life-threatening injuries of occupants on the bus and the driver of the tractor-trailer," Lebron said. Among those injured were 12 people on the bus, which was coming from Maryland, according to 6abc. No further details…

Overturned Car Jams Route 130 In Hamilton
Two separate crashes were causing delays on New Jersey highways Thursday afternoon, Oct. 17. The NJDOT site shows a vehicle overturned on Route 130 in Hamilton Township (Mercer County) in the northbound lanes around 2 p.m. It happened north of I-195 and closed one right lane. Then, on Route 295, a crash took out two right lanes in the northbound lanes south of Exit 40 in Mount Laurel. Delays between 10 and 20 minutes were reported for each.

Crash Brings Emergency Response To I-295
A crash during Thursday morning's commute on Sept. 19 brought a large emergency response to the northbound lanes of I-295. As of 8:40 a.m., an ambulance and firetruck were at the scene in Barrington. A delay of 5-10 minutes was reported.

A 62-year-old man from Philadelphia and a 53-year-old woman from Deptford were killed in a head-on crash in Gloucester County, authorities said. Boy Struck, Killed By NJ Transit Train
A boy was struck and killed by an NJ Transit train early Thursday, Aug. 8 in Burlington County, officials said. The crash happened just before 8:20 a.m. and involved a northbound River LINE train at Chestnut Street crossing in Palmyra, NJ Transit spokesman Kyalo Mulumba said. There were no injuries reported to the 28 customers or the operator on board the light rail vehicle. Service to NJ Transit and Amtrak trains was disrupted for the second time this week on Thursday, June 20 due to both power issues and brush fires along the NJ Turnpike, officials said. Amtrak service between Philadelphia and New Haven had been suspended while NJ Transit service in and out of NY Penn Station was also suspended, due to power issues on the Amtrak line, NJ Transit said.
