A popular fast-food chain in the South is bringing its chicken fingers and wings to the Garden State. Zaxbys is planning to open six restaurants across New Jersey, the company said in a news release. One of the New Jersey State Police Department's highest-ranking troopers is being investigated over remarks he allegedly made about the state's attorney general, the general himself confirmed. Matthew Platkin issued a brief statement about the investigation of Lt.
