Pedestrian With Medical ID Bracelet Killed In Front Of South Jersey Hospital, Police Say A Gloucester City man wearing a medical identification bracelet was struck by a pickup and killed in front of a Washington Township hospital, authorities said. George West, 69, died in the crash on Hurffville Cross Keys Road on Monday, Nov. 11, the Washington Township Police Department said in a news release. Officers responded to the scene near Regulus Drive and in front of Jefferson Washington Township Hospital at around 8:25 p.m. Investigators said a black Chevrolet Silverado was heading south on Hurffville Cross Keys Road when the pickup hit West in the southbound lane.
