A Galloway Township man was indicted after he was accused of stabbing a police officer and injuring another one, authorities said. A grand jury indicted 30-year-old Keith Kiminsky for attempted murder on Wednesday, June 26, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said in a news release. An Atlantic City man will spend several years in prison after admitting to shooting another man on the boardwalk early in the morning nearly two years ago, authorities said. Wesley Briscoe, 20, was sentenced on Wednesday, June 19 to three years in state prison, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said in a news release. 19-Year-Old Motorcyclist Killed In Atlantic County Crash
A 19-year-old man was killed in an Atlantic County motorcycle crash over the weekend, police said. Jeremiah Saint Surin, of Mays Landing, was heading east on West Jersey Avenue approaching Cates Road in Egg Harbor when he struck a Ford Explorer that entered the intersection around 6:15 p.m. Saturday, June 1, Egg Harbor police said. A bicyclist was killed in a crash on Black Horse Pike on Friday, May 17, police said. Arthur Herz, 61, of Mays Landing entered the westbound lanes on a bicycle around 8:20 p.m. when he "made impact with" a 21-year-old man's Jeep Cherokee, Hamilton Township police said.
