A 31-year-old Wayne man was identified as the driver who struck and killed a pedestrian in Parsippany before fleeing the scene and then trying to flee the country last month, authorities said. Davut Batca was behind the wheel of a Toyota RAV4 when he struck Jelson Cabrera, 35, of Trenton, on Route 46 West near Sandra Drive just before 10 p.m. Monday, Aug. 19, Morris County Prosecutor Robert Carroll said. 18-Year-Old Killed Man, 22, In Central Jersey Shooting: Prosecutors
A Sayreville teen was accused of shooting and killing another man, authorities said. Daniel Adediran, 18, was arrested in the case, Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone said in a news release on Friday, Aug. 30. Jeremiah Brown, 22, died in the shooting on Tuesday, Aug. 20. Man Fired Shot During Domestic Dispute In South Jersey Apartment Building, Police Say
A Willingboro man was accused of firing a shot during a domestic dispute in Marlton, authorities said. Dion Williams, 23, was arrested on Tuesday, Aug. 27, the Evesham Township Police Department said in a news release. Officers were called to a domestic violence report in a building at the Olympus Apartment Homes at around 1:30 p.m. Investigators said police found one round had been fired from a gun. A 45-year-old man is facing charges after police say he injured two officers at a Camden County apartment complex last week. Police called to the Fairways Apartment Complex in the Blackwood section of Gloucester Township on Monday, Aug. 19 for a disturbance inside an apartment when John R.
