Piscataway Man Gets Seven Years For Sexually Assaulting 12-Year-Old: Somerset Prosecutor A 22-year-old Piscataway man was sentenced to seven years in prison on Monday, Nov. 18, after he was previously convicted of sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl he'd met online in 2021, authorities said. In July 2021, a 12-year-old girl said she was sexually assaulted in Bound Brook by Lenic Galvan, a man she met on social media, Somerset County Prosecutor John McDonald said. Motorcyclist, 31, Airlifted In Somerset County Crash A 31-year-old Bound Brook motorcyclist was airlifted to the hospital with a serious head injury in a crash with another vehicle on Thursday, Aug. 15. The crash happened at 5 Manville Causeway near Weston Canal Road around 7:35 p.m. in Franklin Township, Lt. Vincent T. Wilson said. Firefighters Battle 3-Alarm Blaze In Middlesex County Two homes were heavily damaged by a three-alarm fire that started in a garage in Middlesex Borough, authorities said. On Friday, June 14, at 2:40 a.m., the Middlesex Borough Police Department responded to a report of a structure fire at 832 West Second Street.  Officers arrived on scene and confirmed that a garage was fully engulfed in flames.
