'Sweet And Loving' NJ College Student Killed In Crash On Snowy Western PA Road: Fundraiser
A teen from Ewing died while traveling home from college in western Pennsylvania in snowy conditions just before Thanksgiving, according to a fundraising campaign. A GoFundMe page said 19-year-old Zy’yonnah Dully died in the crash on Friday, Nov. 22. She was a second-year nursing student at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford. Overturned Tractor Trailer Shuts Route 287 In Somerset County
A stretch of Route 287 was closed by an overturned tractor-trailer Thursday evening, Oct. 31 in Somerset County. The NJDOT site shows it happened in the northbound lanes at Exit 12 in Franklin Township. As of 6:50 p.m., all lanes were closed.

A Monroe Township man was killed when he got out of his car and was hit by a tractor-trailer on the New Jersey Turnpike, authorities said. Michael Veisz, 40, died in the crash on Interstate 95 North in East Brunswick on Friday, Aug. 23, a state police spokesperson said. Troopers responded to the scene near milepost 81.2 at around 5:02 a.m. Investigators said a Chevrolet Impala driven by Veisz was in a single-car crash on the southbound inner side of the turnpike. A portion of Route 18 was closed Tuesday morning, July 16 due to an overturned tractor trailer. The vehicle flipped in the southbound lanes, north of the Parkway in Colts Neck. As of 8:10 a.m., all lanes were closed.
