Teen Caught With Bag Full Of Mail Stolen From Jersey Shore Businesses, Police Say A Garfield teen was given more than 20 theft charges after he was found carrying stolen mail in Wall Township, authorities said. Robert Wagner, 42, was arrested in Corbin City on Wednesday, Aug. 7, a state police spokesperson said. Troopers responded to a report of a suspicious man walking out of the woods near Main Street.
