Fire Rips Through Middlesex County Townhouse Complex (Photos) A fire broke out early Saturday morning, Oct. 12 at a townhouse complex in Middlesex County. Firefighters were called to the Whispering Woods Development along Cedar Court in South Brunswick on reports of a smoke alarm going off around 6 a.m., police said. Firefighters remain on scene of a townhouse fire this morning. Just before 6am residents on Cedar Ct in Whispering Woods Development reported a smoke alarm going off.
