State Police: Warren County Honda Driver, 58, Killed In Route 57 Crash A 58-year-old Warren County man was killed after swerving off Route 57 and crashing into several trees and signs Tuesday morning, state police said. Thomas Vence, of Washington, was driving a Honda Odyssey westbound on Route 57 in Franklin Township when he ran off the right side of the road near milepost 7.4 around 7:25 a.m., NJSP Sgt. Philip Curry told Daily Voice. Vence hit several trees and signs and was killed in the crash, Curry said. The roadway stayed open during the investigation, which remains ongoing, Curry said. Additional details were not immediately available.
