Pair Indicted In Slaying Of Innocent Victim, Beloved NJ Teen On Autism Spectrum
Two men have been indicted on charges in connection with the April 2021 shooting death of Yahsinn "YaYa" Robinson, an innocent victim on the Autism spectrum, right outside of his South Jersey home, authorities announced.
The indictment was returned against Sylas Young, 20, and Kavon Carter, 24 — both of Pemberton — and signed by Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina on Tuesday, March 1.

PA Man Stabs 1 Person, Runs Over Another At NJ Wawa: Police
A 25-year-old Pennsylvania man has been arrested in connection with an assault on two men at a South Jersey Wawa, authorities said.
Anthony Cordero of Levittown, PA, surrendered to police on Tuesday, March 1 in connection with the Feb. 20 incidents, Edgewater Park Township police said.
Cordero is accused of stabbing one man and running over a second victim with his car at the Wawa Store, 4167 S. Route 130, police said.
He was charged with two counts of aggravated assault, one count of assault by auto, four counts of making terroristic threats and weapons offenses, police said.

A 51-year-old contractor from South Jersey has been arrested for taking nearly $75,000 for a construction project then blowing it in Atlantic City, a new boat and a new car, authorities said.
An investigation into Richard A. Smith Jr., of Williamstown, began in December 2021, after a Riverton resident told police that Smith, who owns Beyond Renovations LLC, took two payments for wok on an addition, Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina and Riverton Police Chief John Shaw said.
