A pair of South Jersey nursing homes, riddled with poor conditions and alleged Medicaid fraud, have been turned over to the control of an independent receiver, authorities said. The National Weather Service is predicting two rounds of thunderstorms in New Jersey and Pennsylvania on Thursday, May 23.
